First ?uestlove and now ATQC! This high ankle version of the classic Jordan 1 is inspired by the album artwork of the 1993 acclaimed album Midnight Marauders by hiphop icons A Tribe Called Quest. They feature a black upper constructed primarily from tumbled leather, along with a black, red, and green pattern on the toe box and quarter panels which draw inspiration from the album artwork. They have officially been labeled the Air Jordan 1 (I) Retro High Strap Sole to Sole, but many are nicknaming them the Tribe Called Quest or Midnight Marauders Air Jordan 1. They are very limited, and are now available at select accounts including BNYC Online.
