Finally a new release from Eric Lau named “Kilawatt: V2”. This is something I’ve anxiously been waiting for. His debut album “New Territories” came out almost two years ago and was undoubtably one of the most slept on albums of it’s time. Again Eric seems to amaze the sh*t out of my by dropping four preview tracks via his Bandcamp. Now usually I’m not used to loving every single track, but these four joints sound extremely promising! Haven’t heard Muhsinah sing like this in a while and Kaidi rips the shit out of this track. The track with Oddisee is also heavy as f*ck and reminds me of some good old Little Brother ish. In other words…better save up for Kilawatt: V2 cuz this is going to be one of those album you gotta have.
