Union, also know as the duo OJ & Gold from Paris, have been on our radar for quite some time. With their latest “Analogtronics” album (which is out as of today) they’ve made their way on to our ‘shit these cats is tight’ list. Just loving that warm spacey electronic hip hop that they do so well. Seravince consists of producer/keyboard player Vincent Helbers and drummer Richard Spaven who have been working together for quite some time now. The band is heavily influenced by Jazz, Soul, Hip Hop and as you can hear Broken Beat. Their upcoming album, “Hear To See”, will have guest vocals from Renee Neufville (Zhane) and Sharlene Hector. I’m sure almost everybody here knows who SBTRKT is, but in case you don’t here’s the 411. Aaron Jerome aka SBTRKT began his career at Plastic People in London and has had a steadily growing fan-base eversince. For all these music fans, he decided to share a previously unreleased song from 2009. I can say without a doubt that “Atomic Peace” is one of the favorite musical treats I’ve heard so far from SBTRKT.
