These Bay area funksters released their “Hardpressed” EP earlier this year and recently featured on the Tempo Dreams Vol. 2 compilation. On my Frisco adventures I’ve been spending a lot of quality time with big homey B. Bravo and got to meet Teeko last night. These Bay Area funksters are also known as Starship Connection and guess what…they have a compilation coming out very soon. With contributions from artists such as Atjazz, Amalia, Tony Ozier, Pomrad, S3, K-Maxx, Blackspade, Bayonics, Rojai and many more. The full compilation will be released worldwide October 15th on double vinyl, CD and digital on Bastard Jazz Recordings and is now available for pre-order.
