Last month we met up with Soulquarian Bilal after his show in Amsterdam (Paradiso) and behold the result. Our camera man Joao couldn’t make it, so me and Deluge decided to shoot the video ourselves on his Canon 550D. Big thank you for editing it though and I think it came out pretty nice, because Bilal goes pretty deep.
As you might know his album “Airtight’s Revenge” (Plug Research) is coming out in a month and today his first single “Restart” drops. I know we’ve all been waiting for Georgia Anne Muldrow‘s latest album “King’s Ballad” to drop and here it is at last! I browsed through it myself rather quickly, but I think it’s definately worth taking a listen to. You can hear she went her own way on this album and for those that love the old Georgia Anne…you might not love this album that much. I do think that this is a more mature album and eventhough it sounds more poppy, it has a couple of heavy hitters on it! Take this ballad with Dudley Perkins“Summer Love” for instance. Fashionably late, but right on time we present to you the “Conversations With Her” EP. Now a lot of you got hip to Full Crate & Mar through us and it’s only logic that we support these guys like we have been doing from the get go. This soulful, soothing piece of music was something we’ve been looking forward to for a long time and finally it’s here.
