Yesterday I opened my eyes and noticed I had been blind to certain facts of life. Coincidentally yU just happened to have released his new “The Earn” album containing this joint called “Blind” produced by Kev Brown. Excited to come off a tour to a new MPC, Hassaan Mackey made this Herbie Hancock inspired track and linked up with iSHE’ through the world of social networking to create this brand new tune entitled “Genesis”. Definitely sounds like a good combination to me, would love to hear them do more material together. A few days ago Median‘s “The Sender” album came out on Foreign Exchange Music. Production-wise it’s a great line up with 9th Wonder, Khrysis, Kev Brown, Black Milk, Astronote & S1. Vocally it features Phonte, Bahamadia, Sy Smith & YahZarah. All in all good recipe for a more than decent album. Personal two favorite picks would be “Special” and “Kiss The Sky”.
