Now Benny B.Blonco has been on our radar for a long time, but strangly we never got in contact with this cat from the rotten apple. Benny specializes in rough, electronic 8bit beats and is one to watch! The first track we have for you is pretty old, but the guys at error-broadcast put “Wizard Swing Warriors” on their latest, free Bag of Nothingness release. The second joint “Sweetmilk” was a lil sumthin Benny sent us just now so enjoy!

I recently got two dope Tee’s in the mail thanks Matt from Finale Design and let me tell you they’re ill! The design consists out of twelve hiphop icons each with their unique hair-style. For example we see Questlove, Craig Mack, Busta Rhymes, Mc Shan and Big Daddy Kane in full splendour. Had to inform ya’ll know about this hiphop-minded brand from Canada, cuz we think they have some mighty fresh design.
We told about this one a while back and now the official release is here. Some nice new music with Pac Div, U-N-I, Dom Kennedy and much more. L.A. is rippin’ shit up again with another free release. Keep these coming, cuz this is what we need this summer. Download the album HERE!

This is the first of a series of EP’s that will gladly see the light of day from artists from Italy to Philly, San Diego to Sweden. We’ve already seen a year that has embraced with open arms the likes of Flying Lotus, Hudson Mohawke, Onra, Dorian Concept to name but a few various organizations tapping into this newly seething mass of technological machine crunchers. Jay Scarlett teamed up with Onur Engin to bring you Maverick sessions Vol. 1 and to get you in the mood here’s the newest joint by Reggie B.
Tracklisting:

3. Morpheground – Ectoplasm

About 2 weeks ago we mentioned Nicholas Ryan Gant. Now since we’ve received some new music we thought it would be nice to keep ya’ll up to date about this DC cat. Bilal Salaam put us on to this track called “Border Breaker” by Nicholas Ryan Gant featuring Bilal Salaam & Muhsinah.
Thanks to the homey Kenny from Fresh Selects for “Let The Rain Fall” by RODDYROD featuring Nicholas Ryan Gant. Ow and peep the “Cuba After Market 1.5” sampler HERE.

So I was just Twittin‘ along and saw that the homey AFTA-1 had just dropped a hot unreleased track from the vaults on his Myspace. “Flor Y Uva” sounds like a warm summer day…in outer space. Can’t wait for new music from this man. Ya’ll know the drill…support, BUY and have fun.

WaxPoetics finally brings us the “The Jazz Issue.” Cover stars are trumpeters John Coltrane and Freddie Hubbard, with additional features on Melvyn Sparks, Horace Tapscott, Richard Evans, and the Rhodes Piano, and a thorough and all-too-welcome profile of Creed Taylor–the genius behind the CTI / Impulse / Verve dynasty of diggers’ favorites from the 60s an 70s. Get it at Fatbeats..

German producer fLako just dropped his beattape called “First Spaceshit On The Moon”. I personally love that joint with Cali native Miki Vale eventhough it’s not on the beattape. Miki has already collaborated with OhNo, Dudley Perkins aka Declaime, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Kankick and more so keep this lady in your sight. There are 30 mostly unheard ‘bumtschaks’ on this freebie and I must say….some hot shit on there so click HERE!

During the Stones Throw European tour Dam Funk handed out a few of these European Nights CD’s. This contains four tracks of straight up, pitched down boogie/funk with the tracks ‘Electrik Breeze’ and ‘Nyghtryder’ being the illest two out of the bunch. These 4 tracks are well mastered and won’t be coming out anytime soon. So do the right thing like Spike Lee and get yourself a copy at Rushhour. Oh…can’t forget huge shout out to Mr. Speak for the heads up!

While Black Milk has started his European Tour to promote Tronic, he managed to squize out this little gem to satisfy our hunger for a new joint. “Dreams” hits with that crazy piano just the way we like it. Go check out Milk live if you have the chance and buy Tronic via iTunes if you haven’t already. Dates for the tour after the jump..
