DMV duo DTMD (producer Dunc & MC Toine) have released their debut release “The Basics” EP. You might gave heard Dunc contributie on Diamond District’s critically acclaimed album “In The Ruff”. Toine on the other hand did a feature on Oddisee‘s “Oddisee 101” album. Oddisee speaks higly of these cats and lets us know they ain’t even 21 yet and already this dope. Just imagine what they’ll be on when they can drink legally?
I’m not really on that reviewing tip right now, so I suggest you head on over to their Bandcamp to download this EP for free and judge for yourself. I do know you’re not going to be disappointed at all. Both productionally and lyrically this is one to watch and not to be slept on. Once again mad props to Osmanologie for making us hip to this…
