Most of you will remember Julien Dyne from his “Pins and Digits” EP from last year. Right before Christmas Julien is releasing his brand new “Glimpse” album on Wonderful Noise. We wrote a little something about the single several months ago in case you forgot. While Wonder Noise is taking care of the Asian side of business, BBE will be suplying the rest of the world. The tall fella with funky beard named Opolopo is back with a collection of remixes and reworks called “Mutants” on Tokyo Dawn Records. We find some mutated funk from Amalia, Gregory Porter, Leon King, Union, Colonel Red and Lisa P.
