Jose James blessed our music collection with a stunning album last year. Together with Flying Lotus he drops a brand new juicy jam called “Vicadin”. [Musicismysanctuary]

This time they’ve compiled 19 tracks from top notch Lithuanian beat makers and would like to share it with the world in the form of a free download (Bandcamp). If you like some alternative electronic beats give this a spin…you might like it. In case you were wondering…the artwork was done by Asta Ostrovskaja.

Yesterday Miss Baby Sol released her debut EP called “Before I Begin” independently. In my ears this lovely album has two sides to it. One being the harmonic soulful side as heard on jams like “Sitting” and “Tick Tock” and on the other side we hear a more poppy reggae influenced vibe. One could call this a very satisfying album, because I’m sure anyone could find a tune on here they could fall in love with. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…the UK has loads and loads of talented vocalists. You might want to pick up a copy for the misses or yourself HERE. At this moment only available on CD, but perhaps digitally as well on a later note?

Slakah‘s “Something Forever” was one of those EP’s that a lot of people slept last year. Here’s a second chance to get it right, because BBE is releasing a special edition of the Beatchild’s CD. It contains four bonus tracks of which two were available for free earlier last year. To our knowledge ‘The Cure” was previously unreleased though. Enjoy and be sure to pick up a physical copy HERE Jan. 24th.

A whole different take on the orignal version, but I kinda like the way this came out. Download the entire album HERE and thanks to 2dopeboyz.

This will span a variety of tempos, frequencies and genres. For the first out of the series Martyn (3024) and Mike Slott (LuckyMe) team up and kick off. The result is a two track 12″ containing “All Night” (which sounds more like Martyn) backed with the even sicker “Pointing Fingers” (which sounds more like Mike). The results are crazy nice and I know you’re all going to digg this a lot! For this series artwork comes from the creative brain of Steve Serrato (Mochilla/Poobah). Pre-order now at Rush Hour or get it at your local record shop/online retailers on Jan. 24th on All City.

Personally I wasn’t feeling the vocal version from featuring Non & Mujuice, but the instrumental kinda hit the “Bullseye”. Available via
so act accordingly.
