James Blake‘s latest release “Klavierwerke” is simply German for piano-works. This talented British producer is classicly trained in the piano and on his new EP we hear it playing a major role. Known for his laidback Dubstep, he delivers yet again what was expected…very minimal drums and a very minimal sound overall. Available via
for the enthousiast.

I’ve just listened to it and in my opinion it is a worthy follow up album after having been nominated for a grammy last year. Yes it’s a bit more accessible, but honestly FE has stayed true to themselves and it’s simply a beautiful album. Of course we find guest appearances from longtime contributors YahZarah, Darien Brockington, Zo! and Median. On “Make Me A Fool” we hear Jesse Boykins III , who in my opinion is one of the most talented vocalists on this album. In only a few days “Authenticity” hits the stores, so act accordingly and BUY the album through the FE website or

Times haven’t changed that much so the political message still stands. Enjoy this free download from Colonel Red “Holla” and look out for a remix from Om Unit as well. [via Ampsoul]

Sorry for the late passs, but when we received the latest Swede:art release on Tokyo Dawn entitled “Emotional Colors Remixes” last week, we didn’t get a chance to put it online. Of course we took some time out to give it a good listen and I liked what I was hearing. Fellow ex-RBMA participants B. Bravo, Kidkanevil and TOKiMONSTA remix the shit out of Swede’s Emotional Colors project together with producers such as Comfort Fit, Devonwho, Ishfaq and Sam Irl. Buddy Bravo delivers that funk, but I didn’t expect anything less. Devon’s remix is also a banger so enjoy these 2 streams, because the CD doesn’t drop untill October 21st.
