This summer I had the pleasure to meet big man I, Ced at AntVa’s place and he told me about his EP on Record Breakin’. It’s coming out October 19th and the titel is “Another Look @ You”. To get in the mood check out some snippets HERE and be sure to pre-oder the 7″ or get that crack digitally.

Here’s the final and 3rd video from the recent free event by The Miguel Atwood-Ferguson Ensemble in LA. This time featuring Stones Throw’s Aloe Blacc who we will be interviewing in 1 week on RBMA Sound Gallery Radio. Together, Miguel and Aloe pay homage and tribute to Gang Starr MC Keith ‘Guru’ Elam, doing an arrangement of Gang Starr’s “Betrayal”, which initially featured Scarface. Upcoming Westcoast MC Kendrick Lamar is about to release his highly anticipated O(verly) D(edicated) tomorrow. The new album features Dom Kennedy, U-N-I, Murs, Ab-Soul and others. The wait is over. A brand new album by Jneiro Jarel on Kindred Spirits is a fact. We all remember his first “Three Piece Puzzle” release on Kindred and now the two have found each other once more. The title of his latest album is “Fauna” and it is heavily inspired by Brazilian music. Offering two special deals, Kindred Spirits has put together two packages containing the following. The vinyl package consists of the LP + 7″ + poster, while the other package contains the CD + 7″ + poster. If you buy the album seperately, you will not get a poster so go for that package deal!
