My oh my, what a year this is promising to be. So many good releases when it comes to Electronic Beats. We have the new Mr. Dibiase “Cakeology” release on Fat City and what a selection of goodness this is. A few joints on here are nothing less than amazing! “Brazilian Lady” is just mind-boggling and even comes close to a Pete Rock production in my book. A few of you might have snagged this from his Myspace already, but it’s official now. Another favourite of mine is “Be Fly” which is soothing and eases ones mind. All in all a quality EP with some heavy hitters on it if you ask me. You can BUY the vinyl at our friends at Rushhour so you’d better order while supllies last.

Oh yeah…the homie Devonwho is back again with some real quality tunes. The Klipm0de crew keeps on coming out the woodwork with banging ass music. Recently Suzi Analogue dropped her “Free Thangs 01” and now Devonwho drops this massively tasty “Thumbtracks Remixes Vol. 1” on us like it’s nothing. It features remixes, reworks, flips, twists, recreation and what ever more you can come up with by people like Mndsgn, Dibiase, Shlohmo‘s, TOKiMONSTA, Busy, Teebs, P.U.D.G.E, Hi- Res, Fitz Ambro$e, eLan and KrystalKlear. All of this for FREE and man does this sound scumptious!

Now this is what we’ve been waiting for! Frisco-native B. Bravo is finally releasing his long awaited “Computa Love” EP on Frite Nite. In case you haven’t been listening to B. Bravo (we did give you guys a preview last year) or never even heard of his “Analog Starship” EP, we suggest you do so this instant. Congratulations are in order as well, cuz B. Bravo will be participating in this year’s Red Bull Music Academy in London. We will be going to London as well to keep ya’ll updated on what happens behind closed doors and behind the scenes. We will present the official unofficial Red Bull Music Academy afterparty on February 14th in Amsterdam with TOKiMONSTA and B. Bravo tearing the roof off this motha (Bitterzoet). Today “Computa Love” releases in the States and Februari 23rd it drops worldwide. Now you and I both know you want to buy some of that funky stuff for yourself. So head on over to to pick this one up! Also shout out to Brownswood for picking up on B. Bravo and possibly releasing “Computa Love” later this year on a yet to be named project.
