Tokyo Dawn is back with another great release. The German-based production and DJ collective SoulParlor is about to release their “Evoluzion” album, which spelled bacwards reads ‘Noiz U Love’. Fully loaded with 19 tracks, it manages to cross several musical genres while staying hella fresh throughout. Highly suitable for DJ’s as well since Evoluzion contains a few heavy dancefloor hitters.

Expect guest vocals from the likes of Oddisee, Replife, Cecilia Stalin (Koop), Colonel Red, Jacob And The Appleblossom (Wagner Love) and more. The bonus remixes are also crazy and include Mark de Clive-Lowe, Afronaut, Daz-I-Kue (Bugz In The Attic), Dego (4hero/2000black) and TDR’s boogie maestro Opolopo. London’s vocalist Stac returns with fifteen remixes on her new “Turn That Light Out: The Remixes/Vol. Two” album. Honestly I’m not feeling this remix album at all accept for Kidkanevil‘s remix that is. Might just be a London thing I’m not supposed to get or something. Anyways..didn’t want to keep this one song from you all, cuz I’m kinda digging her vocals with his production.

Really wanted to go see Onra, Benji B, Jamie XX, Mark de Clive-Lowe and Lefto play tomorrow at the Demo party in Ghent (Belgium), but I’m afraid we’re not going to make it after all.

Yet Fresh seems to deliver like the milkman does early in the morning. Productions by Mndsgn, Hi-Res, Theory Hazit, The Stuyvesants and many more. In the last few years I never heard any music from Musiq Soulchild that got close to that “Aijuswanaseing” feeling. Didn’t think his new “Musiqinthemagiq” album would contain anything that would come close…BUT. I was wrong! In my opinion “Befriends” is just what the world was waiting for and a good reason to visit for a possible purchase.

So you read all about fLako‘s ‘The Mesektet’ album by now huh? As stated before it’s a collection of music previously only available digitally or not vailable at all. The album was supposed to drop in only a few days, but I just saw that HHV is expecting them around the 20th instead. She attended 16 schools in 12 years, and Dezaray states: “When nothing else was solid in my life, there was always music”. We’ve been keeping a close eye on this lady for some years now and with her new song “Sail Away” she caught our attention.
