We saw Coultrain at Heineken’s Welcome 2 Detroit show with The Platinum Pied Pipers, and we already knew we could add him to the list of D’Angelo, Dwele, Bilal, Anthony David, Bilal Salaam, Eric Roberson.
I heard Green (sampled from Jermaine Jackson – Where are you now) a while ago, and Coultrain sure impressed me with that. Now Coultrains album “The Adventures of Seymour Liberty ” is available on his myspace. The album, composed by Kenautis Smith, was written and arranged entirely by Coultrain and is available for only 10$. Listen to 3 tracks from Coultrain’s album and buy it to support this timeless music.
