Meet miss Ego Ella May, a muli-talented singer/songwriter/guitarist from London, who delivers soulful vocal melodies with a powerful devotion. Last year she releases her debut EP “The Tree” and next month she’ll be releasing a brand new EP on Soulection, entitled “Breathing Underwater”. The first single of this EP is “Underwater” was produced by IAMNOBODI and sounds buttah!
Mr. IAMNOBODI is on the verge of releasing a 10 beat album entitled “Snapshots from Berlin”. All the music was in some way inspired by the city of Berlin and 250 numbered vinyl copies will be sold. Each with a unique polaroid taken in the streets of the city that inspired the release. Here’s a little taste in the form of “Schillerpromenade” and keep your ears out for this one of a kind project!
It takes beautiful new music from The Internet to get me back to writing something again. I guess there comes a time in life when priotities change, but the memory remains “Timeless”. Enjoy this soulful piece of yum!
Grooveman Spot just released a brand new slow jam called, “Distance”, featuring Marter. The single is a Japanase stepper and no doubt about love and seperation. It’s been quite some time since we’ve heard something from mister Spacek. Right at the end of 2013 he returns under his Beat Spacek moniker. The newness that is released as a limited one-sided white label is entitled “Alone In Da Sun”. This one will drop next week, but rest assure that more new material will follow next year!
Now we believe that Snoop Dogg needs no introducting. His Snoopzilla alias was brought to life when he decided to work together with Dam-Funk on the funk-flavored project “7 Days of Funk”. After they met at the SXSW music festival in 2011, they began a 7 day funky ride which includes guest features from Kurupt, Steve Arrington and Bootsy Collins.
